It is a requirement under Article 17 of the Fire Safety Order for the responsible person for your premises to  ensure the fire alarm systems, emergency lighting systems and other fire safety equipment  are subject to a suitable system of maintenance and are in efficient working order and in good repair.

Through our associate Fire and Security Company we are able to install all types of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting equipment to current British Standards and fire safety guidance.We can also provide fire alarm maintenance contracts to ensure that your fire alarm systems are functioning correctly.

We offer a design service to all our clients through the conducting of a fire risk assessment that ensures than any fire system is assessed and then designed based on the risks presented within the premises.
