Fire Consultancy Service

We provide a full fire safety consultancy service to meet your premises specific requirements and to suit your budget! This involves the conducting of a fire risk assessment of the premises and any associated mediation required with enforcing authorities such as the Fire Authority, HSE, OFSTED, Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and Local Authority Building Control.

We have extensive experience in acting on behalf of clients when the premises have been served with a prohibition or enforcement notice under the Fire Safety Order 2005, to ensure that the premises is brought up to the fire safety standards required and that due diligence can be demonstrated, minimizing the likelihood of prosecution proceedings on the Responsible Person. In such cases our aim is to bring matters to a satisfactory solution with the minimum impact to the client. Our initial consultations on fire safety legal matters are FREE OF CHARGE.
